I was going to use this product for hiking but the boot was too heavy for this season. Still this boot is made with good quality. But you have to pad underneath foot with dr.scholls. lolfit as expected, you just need to check the chart to confirm your size. extremely comfy, great support, strong material and definitely worth it for hikes. i live in the tropics and the humidity it’s always kind of a problem with shoes when hiking, they always get wet or really cold. however that’s not a problem with these, excellent grip and no wet socks! wohooHalf a size too small. Needs to be a wider size.My 10 year old loves these. We are avid hikers and she has never complained.I love these boots. Fit and feel great.Excellent product. Size is just right. Fits nicely and works well for backpacking or hiking.they hv no arch support or interior padding & felt like a hot stryofoam box for the 10 min i had them on in the house — & i had to air out the overwhelming smell of plastc or vinyl - awful - they look good on the outside - no support structure whatsoever on inside - sent them bkShoes did the job for my daughters trip to Yosemite.This boot fit perfectly right out of the box. The break in time was minimal, more so just to get my feet adjusted to the ankle support. I've worn these for 2, 4-5hr hikes on the same weekend, through mud, water (none seeped in), hills, loose rocks, grass & dirt...up mountains and through flat fields. My feet felt great! No sore areas and no unusual blisters. This is my first pair of hiking boots and I can't wait to go on may more trips with them! My son got the same pair and had zero complaints from him.It's still early days but there is a noticeable improvement in the pain I get in my right heal. The boots feel supportive and stable even on uneven ground. Not keen on the bright blue around the ankle but everything else is good.I feel I have to downgrade from five to three stars as after only six weeks the laces wore out and have had to be replaced.My wife was really pleased with how these boots fitted and how comfortable they were, but with the recent wet weather she has been disappointed to find they are NOT waterproof and do not grip very well. She is now having to buy another pair to replace these as they are not fit for purpose.Brought these boots for taking my dog for a walk in. I struggle to find shoes or boots that aren't slippy. They are good in snow but still somewhat slippy on ice, but don't think any boots can stop you sliding on ice, so overall pleased with them.What an extremely comfortable pair of boots! Perfect Fit, nice look, and great to walk in! (no blisters here!)would definitely buy them again.
