These boots look great, have a really nice sole for winter conditions, and appear to be excellent quality. The problem I have with them is they are not comfortable for me. In fact, they are the least comfortable shoe/boot I've ever owned. There's something in the heel/arch area that is just not right. I didn't notice at first but after wearing all day it feels like I'm standing on something. There's too much pressure just at the front of the heal, that goes all the way across the bottom of my foot. After wearing for a couple weeks with no change I took out the foot beds and replaced with the old ones from the Clark's I had been wearing the last two years. This helped some but not enough. Today I bought some Dr. Scholl's heal inserts hoping that they'll lift my heel up enough to relieve the pressure I'm feeling. Hopefully this will work, these boots were too expensive to just toss out.life..High quality, classy look work boot. You can wear this boot all day in the field, wash it off and ready for a night on the town. It is what all the cool kids are wearing. Be coolColor of received boots were not as shown online.Great boot, either mine were miss labeled or they just run big. Wish I had went down a size!everythin perfect with this guysThese shoes fit as expected. They are great quality and very comfortable! It firs perfectly! ?it looks great i love it, very good qualityI have real trouble finding shoes that fit and are of good quality. Prior to discovering these Timberland boots, I would find a pair of good shoes and next time I come to buy them the style has disappeared. Luckily, these suede Chukkas have been going for a few years now and I've just bought my third pair.I use them all the time, from casual days with jeans when I'm at work not seeing clients, to weekends and out walking top when I'm in a park (not for really muddy places though - I have proper walking boots for that). They last about 2 years of constant use and abuse, which is really good. To be honest, I've gained far too many kilos later in life due to my wife's fantastic cooking, so my weight (110Kg) gives the soles a good pounding and they still last with only gradual wear. Other shoes that I've tried only last 1 year. They're comfortable right out of the box with no wearing-in period and I find that the sizing is perfect for me. I have relatively narrow feet and one foot is a size 9, the other a size 9.5 (UK). I find that I really need to buy a pair of 9.5's, but a lot of manufacturers don't do half sizes so I have to try a 10 which is the size at which they start to go too wide for me. Full marks Timberland for making a pair of proper watertight boots that fit like a glove! All in all, perfect. No cheap, but you get what you pay for. Hopefully, they'll keep making them over the years. If that's the case, these will be the ones I'm buried in (hopefully not too soon).First of all the delivery process wasn't very good the delivery turned up nearly a week later than the estimated arrival date .First impression when you get them out the box is they look solid and very well made with strong solid soles .They are big and you could easily get a size down from your normal size, I am a 10 and they have plenty of space inside the boot .They take a couple of weeks to walk in i found i had some blisters after the first few times I wore them.Overall impression Is they are ok but nothing spectacular considering the price .They look a bit clumsy when you are wearing them not boots for dressing up for smart social occasions more a casual bootVery stylish Chukka, great for casual or smart casual. Has Timberland quality in that they're comfortable, look fantastic and the material is far superior. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that the size was hard to predict and I could've gone for a size down. Got a 10.5 cause that's what I usually am but these have far more room for the size so I'd recommend going half a size down. Decided t stick with a 10.5 since it's cheaper to wear thick socks than to pay more for a smaller size.I have the shoe version in Brown and needed black for work so bought the boot type. Love them very comfortable and I am sure will last a long time as I walk a lot for my job arond a hospital.I’ve another pair of Timberland boots which are so,so comfortable so I was a little disappointed that these are not so comfortable.
