I wouldn’t use it for long term but this bag is perfect for personal bag, short trips and can separate into two compartments. Lots of pockets for storage.Very comfortable and surprised at how great the quality is for the price! I have about 60-70pds packed in it and it can hold comfortably with the front straps fastened. I will be ordering another for my husband!Lots of room. Lots of pockets. Good pack for the price. This is not a serious backpacking item ( obviously by the price) but it is a great bag for the moneyGreat/affordable backpack, I'd say all of the positive reviews are accurate. However, I do not recommend this for a long hike (5+ miles, 3-5+ hours) into the backcountry with all of your gear/food/etc.- very uncomfortable and regretting this bag by the end of our hike. Next time will invest in an expensive pack, otherwise this is great for short hikes, travel, airplanes, etc.Decent quality for under $30 when I purchased it. Stitching could use another line to make double stitching for extra reinforcement. I pack about 30lbs for my backpacking needs and I can clearly see the seams being stretched out as if they would split.Zippers and straps are also decent. No snag and no rips/frays so far. Buckles don't keep the straps tight like my Swiss backpack. A light lift to the buckles and the straps would loosen up. Strap material is good and thick enough but Buckles could be tighter. Hip straps are thin but still help with weight distribution to reduce fatigue. You can definitely play around with them and the shoulder straps and feel the difference in load stress on your shoulders or hips.Lining inside is thin, single layer of polyester. Anything poking would soon rip through or fray it.Compartment design is the strong points on this backpack. Easy to separate my items by category and/or frequency of access.This backpack is good for most FREE PERSONAL BAG on flights. I compacted the bottom shoe compartment to reduce the backpack's length to reduce it further.I recommend it for the price but question durability.I would have gave 5 starts if they would have just added a loop to hold a water blatter. Everything else is greatThis was the perfect bag … purchased it to take to Maui … used it on couple of tours …. Good qualityI bought this for my first camping trip, only 2 days and 1 night and honestly it performed very well, love the style but the size is limiting if you plan on going any longer or bringing extra gear. For example I am an amateur photographer and there wasn't any room left over for any camera accessories when filled with food, sleeping bag, etc. The top straps are also very small and do not stay secured, so if you plan on using them for anything that doesn't fit inside the bag, you'll have to use the bottom straps which puts some more strain on your shoulders due to making the bag bottom-heavy. Chest and hip straps were very secure aswell. Viajes a San Diego, Los Angeles, Huston , Nueva York y Orlando, me ha servido mucho en mis viajes de mochilero.La he usado para mis últimos viajes y la verdad es que es excelente sustituto de una maleta para los trips.
