I love all my prior Keen hiker purchases and wanted to love this one...maybe there is still hope? Keen typically has a wide toe box, but this model does not. It was a bit tight on the toes with some initial break-in walks that I did, so have used shoe stretchers on them to see if I can give my toes a little more room. Time will tell. They are a great-looking shoe with nice style and the heel cup fits great. I've got my fingers crossed that they will break in shortly and become my new favorite hiking shoe. I rated the durability in the middle because I just don't know yet until I get some miles on them with some hikes. We'll also have to see how they do in the wet Pacific Northwest...I question their use of a proprietary Keen fabric instead of Gore-Tex, but willing to give it a shot.
